No Bill Rate or Pay Rate Defined Error Follow

SpringAhead requires bill rates or pay rates of a value of at least 1 to be entered on the user or project level to be approved for processing. 

To resolve the No Bill Rate or Pay Rate Defined error, click on the Project or User link in the error message to be directed to the section where the rate can be defined.

Project Rates

Click the Project link to be taken to the project:

Click the People tab:

Click the user's name and enter in a rate of at least 1 in the Bill Rate and Pay Rate box, and click Update:

Once the rates have been updated, click Save and Exit.

People Rates
Click the user's name to go to their profile: 

From there, click on Project Rates and then Add Bill and Pay Rates:

Next, enter in a value of at least 1 in the Bill Rate and Pay Rate Box, along with a start date as required, and click Add Bill Rates and Pay Rates:

Next, click Save and Exit. 

Once the error has been cleared, it will disappear from the Review page:
