Enabling System Email Notifications

• Follow these steps Sending Email Notifications

Sending User Login Emails

• Log in as administrator.
• Click on Settings, then click People.
• Select the users you wish to send login information. Ensure they have an email address associated to their accounts. 

• Scroll to the top of the page and click on the arrow beside the Mass Update button. Select Send Login Information.

• The user will get an email that looks similar to this:

Logging Into SpringAhead

When a user logs into SpringAhead, they will need to enter in the Company Login name and their User name along with the password they've created to log into SpringAhead. Admins can find the Company Login can be found within the My Company section:
