Tracking Hours Submitted on a Project Follow

SpringAhead can generate a warning when the hours used gets to 90% of a set total "limit" on the Review Tab in SpringAhead.

To set this warning:

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Projects and click on the desired project.
• Click on the Time Settings tab within the project.
• In the Time Policies section, input the warning hours in the Alert when the total number of hours for this project reaches field. Please note: This is a visual warning on the Review page when hours are reaching or exceed the manually entered hours on the project's Time Settings tab. 
  The notification will only display on the Review page, but will not be a notification, alert pop-up, or email.
• Once the hours reach their max, you would then need to go into the project and set the stop date, or deactivate it.
