Assigning Alternate, Additional, or Multiple Signing Authorities/Approvers

If you would like to add more than one approver to a project, follow these steps:
  • First, enable multiple approvers, if you haven’t done so
    • Go To Settings, then My Company
    • Scroll down to Enterprise Time Approvers, check Use Additional Time Approvers
  • Then go to Settings, click on Projects, and click on the project you’d like to modify
  • Within the project, click on the Approvers tab
  • If there’s already a manager/approver set here, you’ll want to remove the Manager by deleting the name and toggling No for Manager Approves Time
  • Now assign all the signing authority approvers in the Time Approvers section beneath

Moving forward, all of the approvers will receive the submitted time and depending on the approval requirement set, each can approve the timesheet.
