Adjusting Time In/Time Out Increments


If your company pays employees in 15 minute or half hour increments, you can change and control the Time In / Time Out increments to fit that criteria. To accomplish this simply follow these instructions:

  • Log in as an Administrator.
  • Click Settings.
  • Click My Company.
  • Click Show All Settings (top right of the screen).
  • Scroll down to the Time section.
  • Enter a number in the Time Increment section (e.g. put "15" if you pay in 15 minute increments).
  • Click Save.

Time In / Time Out fields will now be added to the time entry screens for your team and only the time increments you just set will be accepted by the system.
