Using Mass Update Follow

If you’d like to apply changes to multiple items at once, such as deactivating closed projects or assigning an approver to multiple users, SpringAhead has a feature called Mass Update. Using this article, you will:

• Learn how to use the Mass Update feature  

Mass Update

• Click Settings.
• Go to the area that contains the list items you’d like to modify (e.g. People or Projects).
• Put a checkmark next to the items you’d like to modify.
• At the top of the page, click the Mass Update button.
• In the drop-down menu, select what you’d like to modify.
• Choose the value you’d like to apply in the adjacent box.
• Click Apply.
