If you have an issue uploading expense attachments (receipts, PDFs, word docs, images, etc), please ensure you have the latest version of Internet Explorer or Firefox or Chrome or Safari. Also ensure that Flash is updated.
If you still have issues with the upload, try our flash-less uploader, which should fix all issues you are having.
To use the flash-less uploader, follow the guide below:
- Start a expense report or use an existing expense report.
- Click Add Attachment.
- Click Upload Attachment.
- Click Upload Problem?
- Then upload the file as usual.
